More than One way to get involved
Every festival year, many members of our parish and overall community reach out to ask how they can get involved! Some offer to volunteer their time…. others want to contribute in a different way. After all, there is a significant amount of planning, supplies, equipment, ingredients, and more, that goes into organizing a huge event like ours that attracts over 10,000 visitors in a single weekend!
There are TWO ways to make a donation to the festival: a monetary donation or an In Memoriam Donation.
Monetary donations are impactful in so many ways: essential supplies, permits, supply rentals, food purchases, etc. Your generosity plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our festival. Every gift, no matter the size, is a valuable contribution that helps us celebrate our Greek heritage and share the richness of our culture with the wider community. In Memoriam donations are way for members of the community to contribute a donation on behalf of a loved one who has since passed on but remains with us in spirit. In Memoriam contributions will be featured all together on a single banner and displayed in a prominent place during the entire festival weekend. Details on how to submit an In Memoriam donation are below.

Food Ingredients
Lamb. Potatoes. Eggplant. Coffee Beans. Flour. Sugar. Eggs. Milk. Butter. Honey. Phyllo. Cinnamon…. you name it, we’re buying it in order to bring you a deliciously authentic Greek menu!
Paper Goods, Cutlery, Cups, Plates
Our mouth-watering food has to be plated and served somehow. We’re ordering plates, napkins, utensils, cups, containers, and more to get those food and drinks into your hands as quickly as we can!
Logistics & operations
From tables and chairs, to the tent, to electricity, music speakers, DJs and bands, gyro machines … our equipment plays a big role in executing a successful festival.
how do i make a donation?
Making a donation has never been easier.
To start, simply begin by clicking the button below which will bring you to our digital payment system, Realm. First, fill in the amount that you would like to donate. The “Fund” dropdown menu will be “Festival Friend”. Then click continue to submit your payment information.
If it’s important to you and you’d like your monetary contribution to support a specific inventory item, (like lamb, the band, or tables and chairs, etc.) you can write us a brief description in the memo field.
Receipts are emailed to you by Realm once the transaction is complete.

In Memoriam Donations
To make an In Memoriam donation on behalf of a loved one, you can begin by clicking the button below which will bring you to our digital payment system, Realm. You have two options in which to donate.
- Name & Wording (no picture): $100 – $249.
- Name, Photo & Wording: $250+
Select your desired contribution from the “fund” dropdown and fill in the amount for your donation. In the memo field, please write the name of your loved one (as you want it to appear) and ONE short and sweet sentence to accompany their photo.
Click the “continue” button and it will take you to the payment page.
